It’s always a pleasure to share positive outcomes, particularly when they come from recent client work delivered by Stacey Mills and the hospitality team at My Music Solutions
Since November 2025, we’ve completed detailed licensing reviews for three separate hotel groups, delivering a combined £76,000 in savings across music and TV licensing costs. For each client, the process was entirely hassle free and delivered tangible results.
Process
Through My Music Solutions, we managed the full end-to-end review:
Information gathering across multi-site estates
Licence and tariff analysis
Usage and coverage assessments
Direct liaison with collecting societies
Compliance reviews
Identification and correction of errors
Negotiation and recalculation where required
Our role is straightforward. Ensure licensing coverage is accurate, fair and fully compliant, while removing the administrative burden from the operator.
Across the three groups, we identified a range of issues including incorrect information, tariff misapplication, duplicated licensing, processing issues, and legacy arrangements that no longer reflected current usage.
The outcome
Nothing but positive results:
✔ £76,000 total savings
✔ Correct and compliant licensing in place
✔ Reduced risk exposure
✔ Significant internal admin time saved
Importantly, all work delivered by My Music Solutions was undertaken on a success-based fee model making the projects entirely cost-neutral for the client.
No savings, no fee.
While our results within hotel groups remain undeniable, we’re currently seeing similar success across multi-site restaurant operators too — with several recent projects delivering strong outcomes.
More on that soon…
If you operate in hospitality and haven’t reviewed your licensing position recently, it may be worth a conversation. Even well-managed estates can carry historic errors that build up over time.
Stories like this are exactly why MMS exists. Delivering clarity, compliance and tangible financial outcomes for operators.
